Fantastic stay at a Wonderful Hotel

super clean room daily cleaning food variety friendly staff

The room was super clean, and the daily cleaning service kept it fresh (i really liked how attentive they were). I enjoyed the variety of food options available at the restaurants. The entertainment team offered many activities. The staff members always greeted me with a smile, especially at the front desk.

Finding a free sunbed near the main pool sometimes required a bit of patience.

The room featured comfortable beds and a well-functioning air conditioning system. A spacious bathroom included a rainfall shower and provided ample towels. The balcony offered a nice spot to relax in the evening.

Fantastic Family Fun!

engaging team amazing comfort gala dinner

I found the entertainment team super engaging. Mr Ayman and Mr Mina were amazing!!! They ensured our comfort constantly. The New Year's Eve Gala Dinner was great. The food was AMAZING!!!

I noticed the mini-bar item charges post-stay, so monitoring expenses became a bit tricky. I preferred the standard all-inclusive approach with transparent costs, and having all drinks included.

The Beautiful Family Room Pool View had ample space, easily accommodating everyone. It featured bright decor and comfortable beds, too. The room included a balcony, perfect for enjoying the morning sun.

The hotel had easy access to the airport, with a short transfer time. There were several shops and restaurants within walking distance from the hotel's front entrance. Taxis were readily available.

The cleaning was very good. I found the place very clean. the food was good, with many choices and variations available. the staff was friendly. They cannot do enough. the towel art in the room was amazing. I have not seen half the animals. they looked complex and awesome.

The process to check in was long. It especially felt so when you arrive late at night.

The room had towel decorations made by cleaners. It gave a nice touch. there were only 2 english-speaking channels which showed repeated movies. air conditioning leaked and caused me much stress and hassle.

There are a lot of pools. I spent much time in the shaded pool. the pools were cold, especially under the shade. My daughter had blue lips. the children's pool had an uneven lining on the floor. It did not feel safe.

the hotel is located among other resorts. there is no direct exit to the city. the hotel beach is not great. swimming is nearly impossible because of constant draining.

spacious room really good service attentive staff

I enjoyed the swim-up room. It was spacious. the service from all staff members was really good and very attentive to our needs. the spa team provided great care and attention. I felt well looked after .

the hotel wifi was sometimes unreliable in certain areas of the resort.

the hotel pools were clean and spacious for the hotel size and it never felt too crowded

i found the food to be disappointing in the main restaurant it was difficult to find good meals the soups stood out as delicious a lot of other guests i spoke with felt the same way about the food i expected more from a 5 star hotel

Fantastic Family Getaway!!!

Our room was a good size. We had a nice balcony. Housekeeping kept everything clean daily. The food was AMAZING!!! There were different choices at every meal and many options all day. The pool area layout looked great with lots of trees, plants, and paths.

Check-in was a bit slow upon our late arrival.
