the hotel pools were clean and spacious for the hotel size and it never felt too crowded

i found the food to be disappointing in the main restaurant it was difficult to find good meals the soups stood out as delicious a lot of other guests i spoke with felt the same way about the food i expected more from a 5 star hotel

Fantastic Family Getaway!!!

Our room was a good size. We had a nice balcony. Housekeeping kept everything clean daily. The food was AMAZING!!! There were different choices at every meal and many options all day. The pool area layout looked great with lots of trees, plants, and paths.

Check-in was a bit slow upon our late arrival.

The room was clean and well kept, our comfort , and the air conditioning system worked efficiently, maintaining a comfortable indoor climate. There was a TV with multiple channels, providing entertainment options when we were in the room.

Staff members were very friendly and helpful, promptly addressing our needs and requests. The housekeeping team maintained high cleanliness standards. And the guest relations desk provided useful information about the resort amenities and local attractions.

The hotel had direct access to a private beach area, awesome for convenient seaside activities. Transportation options were easily accessible from the hotel entrance. And the surrounding area felt secure and well kept, great to explore.
