Fantastic stay at a Wonderful Hotel

The room was super clean, and the daily cleaning service kept it fresh (i really liked how attentive they were). I enjoyed the variety of food options available at the restaurants. The entertainment team offered many activities. The staff members always greeted me with a smile, especially at the front desk.

Finding a free sunbed near the main pool sometimes required a bit of patience.

I found the entertainment team super engaging. Mr Ayman and Mr Mina were amazing!!! They ensured our comfort constantly. The New Year's Eve Gala Dinner was great. The food was AMAZING!!!

I noticed the mini-bar item charges post-stay, so monitoring expenses became a bit tricky. I preferred the standard all-inclusive approach with transparent costs, and having all drinks included.

The cleaning was very good. I found the place very clean. the food was good, with many choices and variations available. the staff was friendly. They cannot do enough. the towel art in the room was amazing. I have not seen half the animals. they looked complex and awesome.

The process to check in was long. It especially felt so when you arrive late at night.

The room had towel decorations made by cleaners. It gave a nice touch. there were only 2 english-speaking channels which showed repeated movies. air conditioning leaked and caused me much stress and hassle.

There are a lot of pools. I spent much time in the shaded pool. the pools were cold, especially under the shade. My daughter had blue lips. the children's pool had an uneven lining on the floor. It did not feel safe.

Our room was a good size. We had a nice balcony. Housekeeping kept everything clean daily. The food was AMAZING!!! There were different choices at every meal and many options all day. The pool area layout looked great with lots of trees, plants, and paths.
